What if the Met Office released names every year for storms in space? What would you name them after? This is prompted by a discussion on the Faith & Geekery Discord server, following the annual naming of the storms for the coming year. The Met Office rotates the home language of storm names, and excludes some letters as problematic, but I don’t need to do that necessarily.
I would name solar storms after spaceships. Because I can. So I sat down to compile the list, and here’s my first attempt. I’ve cheated on some, and others were a hard choice between worthy options; but I haven’t anything for Q or W so far. Suggestions welcome in the comments.
