Although I’m not afraid of making noise, I generally do it in conjunction with others. Most of my musical career has been spent hiding at the back or off to the side behind a piano.
This month I shall be performing for the first time as a headliner at St John’s Church, Walsall Wood.
Of course I shall be inviting some stellar musicians to join me. Expect some duetting with Jessie Desai, James Clark, Mario Castillo and Jimm Rennie; to say nothing of the blues and rock stylings of Andy Arnold, who brings his considerably talent as a guitarist.
It’s a fiver to get in on the door, and everyone is welcome. Doors at 7:15pm, Gig kicks off at 8pm. All proceeds to the church heating fund. Many thanks to Rev Lisa and Richard Green for inviting me and allowing me to do this.
