sounds to suit...

I have been performing in a variety of situations for a few years. From weddings and funerals, dinners and all sorts of swanky functions, to gigs with my friends, it's frankly a bit of a thrill to play live and entertain people.

I'm most at home sitting at the piano and just playing out, improvising and experimenting to find new material. I love to take an old tune and remake it in my own style, or invent a new section to change the whole structure.

For paid engagements I can usually be quite accomodating if you have a particular taste. I also play my own work if requested, although that's quite a rarity. Of course, if you've asked me to write you somerthing, its only fair I should be able to premiere it to you.

Testimonials

"We used Andrew Clayton for our Autumn Reception networking event in Birmingham. Using his exceptional musical abilities, he helped us to create a perfect environment for people to mix. Working with us from the start, we felt that Andrew listened and exceeded our expectations. Throughout the evening his service was professional, consistent and provided excellent value. We would thoroughly recommend him."
- Gemma Wallace, Communications Officer for Building Consultancy at Birmingham City Council

"Andrew supported The Ryan Cockbill Trust at both annual Balls. He provided a wide variety of music, which added ambience and made both evenings very special, and a huge success. Many thanks."
- Karen Cockbill

"Andrew provided the music at our Annual Mental Health Conference; played throughout the day at various times providing background music; and then played for our time of worship at the end of the day. He was flexible and fitted in with the programme seamlessly. I look forward to working with him again in the future."
- Capt. Keith Shaw, Lead Chaplain, South Staffordshire and Shropshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
